Według tych doniesień, zwolnienie to pozwala na użytkowanie i rejestrację około 6 000 ciągników MTZ Belarus bez standardowej homologacji UE.

Request for Information: Exemption for MTZ Belarus Tractors under Regulation (EU) No 167/2013

To the European Commission,

I am writing to formally request access to, or the location of, a specific document concerning the placing on the market and registration of MTZ Belarus (Minsk Tractor Works) agricultural vehicles within the Republic of Poland.

Background:

According to Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, type-approval (homologation) is mandatory for all agricultural tractors operating within the European Union to ensure safety and environmental standards.

However, the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure and the Polish Transportation Department have indicated that the European Commission has granted a specific derogation or exemption. This exemption

reportedly allows for the use and registration of approximately 6,000 MTZ Belarus tractors without the standard EU homologation.

Request:
